Unfortunately I had problems with the Richard Solo 1800 that I first purchased, however in no time at all I was sent a replacement and was refunded the postage for returning my faulty unit. Once again, communication was first class. This really is some of the best customer service I have come across - Thank You. I cannot recomment highly enough. If you have an I-phone, then you need a Richard Solo 1800 and this is the company to purchase it from, you won't find anyone better in terms of customer service........
